Everland Fashion would like to provide sufficent information about the gross weight each container for different jackets.

Everland Fashion Co., Limited was set up in 2004. While through effective team working system and with experienced sewing factory with BSCI compliance certification in China. We manufacture qualified products with technical 

support. Products were inspected with standar of AQL 2.5 4.0.

The factory is 3000 M2, with sample room 300 M2 and 30 lines of subcontracted sewing line. Our main products are jackets and outwears for Men and Lady between 18-50 years old in polyester, nylon, cotton and PU fabrics.

12 years of experience focus on jackets exporting business with sound newly 200 designs yearly, we get into the 

honnor and acquainted a long business cooperation ship with customers from Denmark, Finland, Poland, CZ of public, Turkey, Greece, Mexico, Brazil and South Africa.

We cooperate with company like TFG,LPP and AUCHAN, and get good comments from customer.

1. Deposit should be paid winthin 3 days after contract is signed. L/C at sight should be opened winthin 3 days after PI was send.                                        

2. All items should be confirmed within 3 days when parcel is arrving buyer office                                                                                        

3. Customer will arrange inspection or third party-company inspection before shipping. Supplier need to ensure bulk is 100% packed. Unless first time inspeciton was faild due to non full packing. Supplier will pay the second inspection fees.                        

4. 70% Balance need to be paid within 30days and before cargo is arraving destinaltion port, otherwise the shipper has the right to change the consingnee.

5. In case bulk is in poor quality that can not sell,such as fabric broken, button off, or inside padding coming throught out the jacket or garment,supplier will pay the full contractd FOB price to buyer, a third party report or real broken garment pictures should be showed before claims.

Q: How to set an order to EVERLAND Fashion 

A: Before seting an order, customer have to send us the style for quoation and sampling to confirm the quality, either you can choose from the style we provide each season; after quality and price is confirmed, then sign the contract with delivery time and payment terms.

Q:What is the Month to set an order

A: For South Earth country like Brazil and South Africa : Autumn-Winter order should be set before November, and shippment from China is on December, Spring-Summer order should be set before March, and shippment from China is on June.

For North Earth country like Russia,Turkey,Poland,CZ Republic:

Aumumn-Winter should be set before March,and shipment from China is on July, Spring-Summer oder should be set before September, and shippmnet from China is on December.Normally in china we have one month of holidy in Spring Festival Season. so it is better to ship before December, otherwise it is very risk to ship on Jan and Feb. 

Q: How we control the order: after order setted. We will order the fabric and trims according schedule, all material will be confirmed to ensure the quality. During the material purchasing time SSS samples will be made acording customer requirment. After all material is arriving, we will make test on them, and make pp sample for customer to check the quality. After pp sample is confirmed then production will be processed. we will send order following timetable and quality pre-production, on-line procuctiion, and offline production report to customer. When bulk finished, we will make a final inspection under AQL2.5 4.0 standar, either customer can come for inspection or ask third party insepction company for inspection.  

Q:How we deal the problem if bulk quality is not like pp sample 

A: Products with problems will be evaluated and analysed if can be solved. If problmes can not be avoid and will influence the selling, a discount will be evaluaded and applied. If bulk is totally unsellable,a full contracted price will be refunded.

A:We accpet 30% deposit, 70% before shipping; we accpet L/C at sight
